Official South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa’s Facebook Timeline Contest Rules

No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1) Agreement to Official Rules: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2) Eligibility: Contestants must be 21 or older, a legal resident of the United States and have a Facebook account to enter South Point’s Facebook Timeline Contest.

4) How to Enter: If you don’t already like South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa on Facebook visit www.facebook.com/southpointlv and click on the icon to like South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. All entrants must like South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in order to enter the Contest. Once you like South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, you must comment on the designated Facebook post regarding the Contest made by South Point to be entered. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Facebook account. If you attempt to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different Facebook accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through any other methods, Sponsor may exclude you from participating in the Sweepstakes.

5) Drawing: After the entry period expires, South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received through the use of third party Woobox.com. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

6) Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: The winner will be announced via a tweet on the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa's Twitter on the date specified in the contest post, directing the winner to send a Direct Message to the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa via Twitter. If a potential winner does not respond and comply with the instructions in the Twitter post or tagged comment from the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, within 72 hours of notification, he/she will forfeit the prize. South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa will award the prize to an alternate entrant. Except where prohibited, contestants irrevocably authorize South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, their successors and/or their assigns to print, publish, televise, or otherwise to utilize their name, city and state, for promotional purposes.

7) Prizes: Prizes vary per promotion and are subject to availability. Winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. Winner must pick up prize at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa; Inability or refusal to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. You may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to determine blackout dates for the package.

8) Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, you agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Facebook as well as the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. In addition, the promotion is in no way sponsored by Facebook.

9) General Conditions: South Point Hotel Casino & Spa reserves the right to revise or cancel this promotion without notice and the right to disqualify a contestant for any reason it deems proper. False information provided to the Contest Management shall be grounds for immediate disqualification and may cause forfeiture of any prizes won in South Point’s Facebook Timeline Contest.

10) Disputes: Resolution of any and all disputes will rest with the South Point Management and their decision shall be final.
