In order to receive Win/Loss Statements from The Club please fill out the information below. The Club will mail the requested reports directly from the South Point within two weeks. *Win/Loss Statements requested for the Current year will not be mailed out until year end. Mailing address requested must match account information on file. The Club will mail the report to the above address within two weeks.
