Gaughan South LLC dba South Point Hotel and Casino (“South Point Hotel and Casino”) is located at 9777 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89183. The property is owned and operated by Michael Gaughan, a longtime leader in the Las Vegas casino industry.

I. APPLICATION OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to the South Point Hotel and Casino and all web sites owned or operated by South Point Hotel and Casino, including, but not limited to, the web sites for: (1) South Point Hotel and Casino (www.southpointcasino.com); (2) Spa Costa del Sur (www.spacostadelsur.com); (3) South Point Cutting Event (www.southpointcutting.com); (4) South Point Sales web site at (www.southpointmeetings.com); 5) South Point Equestrian and Arena at (www.southpointarena.com); 6) Vegas Cowboy Central at (www.vegascowboycentral.com); 7) NV Sports Books (www.nvsportsbooks.com) 8) South Point 400 (www.southpoint400.com) (hereinafter “South Point Hotel and Casino Web Sites”) South Point Hotel and Casino web sites may be accessed through domain names in addition to the domain names listed above. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by South Point Hotel and Casino by means other than through the South Point Hotel and Casino web sites other than as noted herein.
Certain transactions and services offered while visiting South Point Hotel and Casino web sites may be processed or provided by other entities under contract with South Point Hotel and Casino, even though it appears that you may not have left the South Point Hotel and Casino web site. The other entities that process transactions or provide services through South Point Hotel and Casino web sites include, but are not limited to: (1) Synxis.com (hotel reservations); (2) TicketMaster.com (show & event tickets); (3) OpenTable.com (restaurant reservations) (collectively, “other entities”).

II. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
A. Personal Information
“Personal Information” is information through which you can be identified. We collect Personal Information that you provide voluntarily at South Point Hotel and Casino Web Sites and at the South Point Hotel and Casino. 2. Use for Non-Marketing Purposes
We may use Personal Information, including Confidential Personal Information, and Non-Personal Information for purposes unrelated to marketing, including:
(1) responding to your inquiries, complaints and other communications;
(2) processing and fulfilling reservations and/or purchases and making a record of such reservations and purchases;
(3) contacting you for confirmation or customer service after reservations and purchases are made or after you sign up for or participate in certain activities;
(4) for statistical or demographic analysis;
(5) for tracking reservations and corresponding hotel stays generated through our affiliate program and calculating and/or auditing commissions that may be paid in relation to a hotel stay;
(6) to help improve South Point Hotel and Casino Web Sites and services; and
(7) to customize your experience at South Point Hotel and Casino Web Sites. Opting-out of the use of your Personal Information for marketing purposes will not prevent your Personal Information, including Confidential Personal Information, from being used for non-marketing purposes.

VII. SECURITY
Non-Personal Information and Personal Information, including Confidential Personal Information, collected by the South Point Hotel and Casino web sites and the South Point Hotel and Casino is stored on secure servers. The secure servers are protected by firewalls and a multitude of other industry standard security measures. These security measures are instituted to ensure the protection of these secure servers from unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable, and these systems could become accessible in the event of a security breach. We have controls in place that are designed to detect potential data breaches, contain and minimize the loss of data, and conduct forensic investigations of a breach.
Our staff is required to take reasonable measures to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot view or access your Personal Information. Employees who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

VIII. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND THE CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROECTION ACT
Pursuant to law, persons under the age of twenty-one (21) are not permitted to gamble in casinos and are not permitted to loiter in the gaming areas at the South Point Hotel and Casino. Similarly, South Point Hotel and Casino web sites are general audience sites intended for persons over the age of 21. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Act, persons younger than 21 years of age are not allowed to use our site, accept offers, or win contests, and we do not knowingly collect information from such persons. If a person under the age of 18 submits Personal Information, we delete the information as soon as we discover the source of the submission, and we do not use the information for any purpose.
IX. CHANGES
This Revised Privacy Policy was posted on October 26, 2020. South Point Hotel and Casino reserves the right to change, modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. When the Privacy Policy is changed, modified and/or amended, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the South Point Hotel and Casino web sites and will be available at the South Point Hotel and Casino. Any revised Privacy Policy will only apply prospectively to personal information collected or modified after the effective date of the revised policy.
