Hotel Booking Conditions

In addition to the total rate, a resort fee of $21.00 per room per night will be charged. The resort fee includes: in-room Wi-Fi, fitness center access, airport shuttle service (based on availability), local and toll free in-room phone calls, in-room coffeemaker, in-room safe, 24-hour business center computer access, boarding pass printing and a casino funbook.

All reservations require a one night room and tax deposit on a valid credit card at the time of booking. Upon check-in, your credit card will be authorized for the remaining night(s) room, tax and resort fee, plus a $100 security deposit.

The South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation should any error be made in computing your room price. Prices are subject to change for events beyond the control of the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa including, but not limited to, increases in or establishment of surcharges, applicable taxes or government-imposed fees.

Cancellations must be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalties. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival will forfeit the deposit collected. No-shows will forfeit the deposit collected.

Extra Adult: $20 USD per night per person (over two)
Rollaway Charge: $30 USD per night each
Cribs: No charge

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Must be 21 years or older to check in.
Check-In: Guaranteed check-in after 3pm, room will be held for late arrival.
Check-Out: 12:00 pm
Guests must check out by 12:00 pm to avoid paying for the following night.

It is the policy at the South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time who is not in compliance with this policy.
