Subject to the terms and stipulations herein, this shall entitle the applicant, upon acceptance, to compete in South Point’s Everyone’s A Winner Contest – September 2021.

South Point's Everyone’s A Winner Contest involves entering your contact information one time to be eligible to win one $5,000 VIP Race Fan Package for March 4-6, 2022.

To enter the contest:

• Visit the South Point’s Midway Booth at Las Vegas Motor Speedway starting September 24, 2021 to September 26, 2021
• Go online at www.SouthPoint400.com starting Sunday, September 1, 2021. Entries will be accepted until October 12, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

The Grand Prize Winner will be posted on the website on October 13, 2021 by Noon PST. In addition, the winner will receive an email notification of their win.

The Grand Prize winner must claim their prize by telephone or email by November 1, 2021 or the prize will be forfeited.

Contestants must be 21 or older to enter South Point’s Everyone’s a Winner Contest. Contestants who provide a valid and unique email address will receive one free room night from the South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa by email on October 13, 2021. If more than one person enters with the same email address, the first entry will be kept and they will receive the free room night; the other entries will be deleted. Contestants will only be permitted to redeem one free room night. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Reservations are booked based on availability. The free room night will be valid Sunday through Thursday only.

The offer must also be booked by Sunday, November 1, 2021 and the email must be presented at check-in.

South Point is not responsible for e-mails that cannot be delivered.

Contestants irrevocably authorize South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, their successors and/or their assigns to print, publish, televise, or otherwise to utilize their name, city, and state for promotional purposes.

Contestants agree to receive promotional emails and/or text messages from South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. Should contestants change their mind at a later time, they may unsubscribe from the email group and/or stop text messages.

South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa reserves the right to revise or cancel this promotion without notice and the right to disqualify a contestant for any reason it deems proper.

Resolution of any and all disputes will rest with South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa Management and their decision shall be final.

False information provided to the Contest Management shall be grounds for immediate disqualification and may cause forfeiture of any prizes won in South Point’s Everyone’s A Winner Contest.
