Husband and wife team, M&M, Michael Kessler and Melinda Jackson are delighted to return to the South Point with their new show, DANCE WITH ME "Love Songs & Dances and Back Stage Stories."
Featuring Music Director, Keith Thompson of "Jersey Boys," and his band, with M&M American Dance Theatre, a company of 10 dancers, actors and singers, M&M present an intimate look at the creation of original song and dance numbers. With music from the Great American Songbook including Gershwin, Porter, Berlin and Kern… to contemporary tunes by Ben E. King and Tim McGraw, DANCE WITH ME combines great music, dynamic, romantic partner dancing, and humor, to create an evening of fun.

Michael Kessler & Melinda Jackson have produced, directed, written, choreographed and performed internationally from Ballet to Broadway to Las Vegas to theatres and Opera Houses worldwide. They were the starring Song & Dance Team in The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular directed by Joe Layton, touring in over 80 US cities and playing an extended run at the Flamingo Hilton in Las Vegas. They played the roles of The Blind Countess and the Gigolo in Tommy Tune's Broadway Show Grand Hotel. They played the roles of Ninotchka and Canfield in Cole Porter's Silk Stockings. Michael & Melinda produced, directed, choreographed, wrote original music and starred with their company M&M American Dance Theatre, Off Broadway in Manhattan Moves at the American Place Theatre. |

Their first production, Lost Luggage, premiered in New York City at the Emanuel Y, received a rave review in the New York Times and within ten months was playing to sold out houses and standing ovations throughout Performing Arts Centers and Opera Houses in the US and Europe. Nine international tours followed. Manhattan Moves premiered in Milano, Italy and toured over 40 European cities. They were the Artistic Directors of Ballet Jazz de Paris, which toured internationally to critical acclaim. They have appeared with New York City Ballet, Monte Carlo Ballet, Geneva Ballet, Frankfurt Ballet, Harkness Ballet, North Carolina Dance Theatre, and have guested internationally with principal dancers from Alvin Ailey, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Joffrey Ballet, and The Bolshoi Ballet among others. M&M have been invited to perform as guest artists in gala performances, benefits and roasts at the Friars Club, the 92nd St Y's Kaufman Theatre, the Waldorf Astoria, The Broadway Supper Club, The Bellagio, The Wynn & Bally's Las Vegas. They have done choreography for The Winter Olympics, the US Pro Gymnastics Classic at Madison Square Garden, special material for The Great Radio City Music Hall Spectacular, as well as for artists ranging from comedienne Marilyn Michaels to principal dancer and director of American Ballet Theatre Kevin McKenzie. They have had the pleasure of working with such great artists as Sammy Davis Jr., Gwen Verdon and Maya Plissetskaya. They have coached members of the US Olympic Gymnastics & Track Teams, NBA players, Pro tennis stars, Dance Sport teams, Argentine tango teams, opera stars, as well as artists from The Rockettes and Cirque du Soleil. They directed and choreographed the 30th anniversary European tour of the hit Rock Musical Hair, and co-produced, directed, choreographed and starred in a National Tour of That's Cole!, a Cole Porter Dance Musical Revue. M&M wrote, produced, directed, choreographed and performed 2 Life, for a limited engagement at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. M&M are currently performing their shows, Let's Dance!, Dancin' Feet & Dance With Me on tour, and regularly in Las Vegas, with their company M&M American Dance Theatre. M&M are the writers, directors and MC's of "The Hollywood Cabaret, A New Age Vaudeville" and were MC's and writers of Las Vegas Legends at The Orleans. They are developing Rock Carmen, a Rock Opera Ballet of Bizet's Carmen, which had its world premiere with Miami City Ballet.
Husband and wife team and native New Yorkers, M&M have been featured in cutting edge health and fitness videos and publications, including Mademoiselle, Fitness, Men's Bazaar, Photo District News & Capezio's Zena Rommett's Floor Barre Video.
Melinda is proud to be the great granddaughter of US President Teddy Roosevelt. Bully! Michael is proud to be the great grandson of Russian Cantor Yacov Sanzofsky. Shalom!
